Seafood Sunday

Pretty nice week. Started off slow, but it progresses. Not going to post up the weekdays detail that put a big smile on my face, but let me say that I get to hang out with one of my fav. person for two days in a row and on top of that, I get something going, which might have a possibility of advancement for me. I am not trying to jinx it, so I am going to keep it to myself for now. Will definitely update everyone if this "thing" goes through as planned.

I also owe a huge favor to my "life coach" lol. She has been helping me in many ways, I can't even say thank you enough even though I do it five times a day for the rest of my life. But like I promised her, I will return the favor when I am in the position to do so.

So last night, was the first time I went clubbing since NYE. Not only I have been busy with work, but also with other personal things that have been effecting my mood. Problems still exist, but I had to come out and show some love to my homegirl, D, who was celebrating her 21st. I was definitely a little rusty in my club game, but had great time nonetheless.

Definitely none of this last night. haha..

So today, its a chill Sunday. Got up late, clean up the room, get cooking, listening to my fav. playlists and updating the blog. Today's menu is all the healthy stuff, especially after one too many shots last night. Don't get the wrong idea, its still me that is cooking, so its still gotta be delicious. Decided to have some Alaskan Salmon and Maine Lobster, since I have not been eating seafood lately.

Marinating the poor sea critters.

Grilled: just how I like it.

Bon Apetite:

Can't forget the Modelo, best beer ever.
